GENERAL CONDITIONS

- The seller accepts that it is obligatory to notify the final customer of all the conditions specified in the letter below and that it is her responsibility in case of failure to occur under the following conditions.

- Kuzey LED Mirror Design, reserves the right to change design and model without notice.

- Orders must be notified to us or our rma representative in writing (fax or e-mail). Our company does not accept responsibility for errors that may occur otherwise.

- Order cancellations should only be notified to our factory in writing within a maximum of 1 day, otherwise order cancellations exceeding 1 day will not be taken into account.

- Kuzey LED Mirror Design is guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects.

- Damages that may occur due to assembly errors of products not assembled by us are not covered by the warranty.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

- Our products are not shipped to the final customer. Address shipping is only valid for assembled products.

- Our product delivery is only in-store or warehouse delivery in Istanbul.

- Shipment outside of Istanbul is cargo or warehouse delivery. Warehouse, cargo and insurance fees belong to the buyer.

- During delivery, the products must be checked and received. Defective or damaged products must be determined with a report and notified to us in writing.

MOUNTING CONDITIONS

- Installation prices are 150 TL within the Anatolian side of Istanbul, 250 TL outside of Istanbul (Şile, Ağva Merkez and Gebze), 350 TL on the European side of Istanbul, 550 TL and above outside of Istanbul (Silivri and Çatalca).

- The place to be assembled must be ready in advance, the disassembly and portability of the previous product used and located at the assembly site will not be done by us.
